About the Job
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join our learning disability service based in Chorley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of support workers to provide person-centered care.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of care.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of support workers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
