Front of House Team Member - Meadow Bay Villages

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Meadow Bay Villages.

About the Role:

  • As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have an unforgettable experience.
  • You will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop new skills, and progress your career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
