This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in safeguarding, working in a state-of-the-art facility with leading technologies. You will contribute to the development of our new safeguarding service, working closely with experienced healthcare professionals to ensure effective delivery of services.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working schemes, access to exclusive discounts, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe and effective care
  • Conducting risk assessments and investigations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
  • Experience in safeguarding adults or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
