Home-based Fostering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising Social Worker to join our Family Placement Team as a full-time professional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Presenting Annual Reviews to the Fostering Panel
- Identifying and training Foster Carers
- Contributing to strong matching and completing long-term matching
- Providing Out of Hours Supervising Social Work support on a rota basis
- Attending meetings and contributing to care planning decisions
- Offering a high challenge, high support approach to Foster Carers
The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands. A background in Social Work and SWE registration is essential. Experience in completing assessments and good report writing skills are also required.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
