About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company based in Bilborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing financial transactions, including recording and maintaining data on accounting software.
  • Communicating with banks and tracking account balances.
  • Preparing and filing VAT returns.
  • Preparing customer invoices and collecting debts.
  • Credit control.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments.
  • Processing payroll and reconciling accounts.
  • Managing employee expenses.
  • Preparing and reviewing management accounts.
  • Assisting the accountant with annual accounts.

This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a competitive salary of £15.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
