About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Key Account Manager to join our team at Novumgen, a leading specialty pharmaceutical and biological company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering commercial objectives through advanced Key Account Management (KAM) strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within hospitals.
  • Utilize your expertise in selling generic products to hospitals, wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the implications of commercial programmes and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with key customers, internal teams, and external organizations.
  • Acquire new business and adhere to company policies, procedures, and GDP Code of Practice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling to hospitals, wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.
  • Strong understanding of generic hospital products and ability to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.
