About the Role: REED Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their client's team in Newtownabbey. As a crucial member of the finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase ledger.

Responsibilities: Your duties will include:

  • Accurately processing and posting weekly invoices using Sage 50 software
  • Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies through effective communication
  • Contributing to the efficient functioning of the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers and customers

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need 12 months' accounts experience, preferably in purchase ledger. Proficiency in Sage software and MS Office applications is essential. A part-time schedule with flexible hours is available, allowing you to achieve a great work-life balance.
