About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling costs and quantities, securing competitive quotes, managing subcontractor accounts, and providing financial reporting. They must also possess the ability to work proactively and deliver high-quality performance consistently to achieve commercial success for our clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling costs and quantities with accuracy and attention to detail* Securing competitive quotes to maximize cost savings* Managing subcontractor accounts to ensure smooth project execution* Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field* 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field* Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel* Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
