As a Telesales Business Development Executive at Contract Personnel Limited, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads for the Account Management Team through targeted outbound calling activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000.00 starting Basic Salary, increasing to £24.50 with performance targets, as well as a bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus. You will also receive 22 days holiday + Bank holidays & a sickness incentive scheme of an additional 1 day per quarter, and a basic salary increase incentive of £1,500 after probation period and £500 per month, for 3 months in a row, on achieving target.

This role involves engaging with decision makers, arranging leads, and targeted outbound calling to grow market share. The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive business brain, ability to communicate effectively, self-motivated and results-driven, with outbound sales experience preferable. You will also need to stay up to date with products and services through in-person and computer-based training.
