About Our Community Living Program

FitzRoy Supported Living's Community Living program offers a unique opportunity for adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in the community.

Our experienced team provides tailored support, empowering individuals to pursue their interests and maintain meaningful relationships.

We are seeking Community Living Assistants who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.85 per hour, plus a 10% premium for weekend work.

As a full-time employee (37.5 hours per week), you will enjoy a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one support in the community, promoting independence and autonomy
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities, tailoring support to meet individual needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users and colleagues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with service users and colleagues
