**Job Description:** Community Health Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Community Health Advocate in our health and care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • To promote the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities through advocacy and support services.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, such as social work or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a community health setting, preferably in an advocacy or support role.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
