Job Description
The Health and Safety Partnership Limited seeks a seasoned Health and Safety Management Consultant to lead its risk management consultancy team. As a key member, you will contribute to providing exceptional health and safety solutions to clients, leveraging your expertise in operational risk, compliance, and health and safety management.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering high-quality health and safety programs, tailored to their unique needs.
  • Develop and execute operational risk and compliance management strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative health and safety management solutions, utilizing software platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and scopes of work, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
  • Become the go-to expert for clients, providing guidance on health and safety management, risk assessment, and compliance matters.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold CertIOSH status and be working towards CMIOSH status; ideally possess fire safety knowledge and qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles involving strategic health and safety consulting within the built/facilities/property management sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality health and safety solutions, with excellent communication, problem-solving, IT, and project management skills.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, life, health, training bursary, and more.
