Infrastructure Oversight Leader

A results-driven professional with expertise in traffic management is required to drive operational efficiency and business growth in a thriving industry.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated infrastructure oversight leader on behalf of our client, a leading infrastructure services provider in the South East region.

• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, supervise staff, and mentor employees to achieve maximum productivity and performance.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and local authorities to meet requirements while ensuring optimal value.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal procedures and external regulatory standards.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage timesheets for direct and subcontract labour.
• Custom Solutions: Oversee the production of bespoke traffic management signage.
• Health & Safety: Lead and manage all health and safety matters on site.
• Innovation: Develop and implement systems to adapt to changing business needs.

• Substantial supervisory experience within the traffic management industry.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Experience with national highways, local authority highways maintenance, and utility projects.
• Lantra Sector Scheme (12AB / 12D), Streetworks Supervisor, IOSH and SSSTS would be beneficial.

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum based on experience.
• Company van.
• Monday to Friday, day shift role.
