Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Officer to join our team at West Kent Housing Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of planned servicing contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
The role involves planning the renewal of doors, windows, electrical rewires/CCUs, roofing, and servicing programmes, as well as managing payments and processing works orders to completion.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of repairs or planned work, strong project management skills, and experience in either housing, construction, or project management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of planned servicing contracts
- Plan the renewal of doors, windows, electrical rewires/CCUs, roofing, and servicing programmes
- Manage payments and process works orders to completion
- Present reports and findings to senior contract managers
- Chair and manage operational meetings
Requirements:
- Good understanding of repairs or planned work
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in either housing, construction, or project management
- Outstanding IT skills
- Attention to detail
