About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in their absence. You will also supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You will also need to have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home.

We are looking for someone with brilliant, positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. You will also be considerate and kind in all your interactions with residents and colleagues.
