Job Title: Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Inspired Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home and providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of occupancy and ensure all current and newly referred individuals are properly assessed and receive high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Ensure all regulatory, contractual, and company standards are met and exceeded, promoting a positive and engaging environment for our residents and staff.
  • Lead a team of care professionals in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans, involving other relevant agencies as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CCGs, Local Authorities, families, and other stakeholders, promoting a proactive and promotional role.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience working as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Care Home Manager in a Residential Care Home.
  • A dynamic, confident, and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open and approachable personality.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life of our residents and experience in supervising, guiding, and supporting staff, managing budgets, and completing detailed and analytical reports.
