Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to lead our team in Harrow and drive business results. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Team Leaders to ensure Continuous Professional Development remains a pivotal element of their role and of the wider team.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.
  • Deliver key financial targets as defined in regional budgets, ensuring the appropriate deployment of resources to deliver exceptional business results.
  • Maintain strong external relationships with JCP teams, visiting sites where necessary and supporting Team Leaders to be visible and active within JCP sites.
  • Analyse performance data, identifying potential risks or trends and propose/implement solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with an ability to motivate large teams of people to achieve targets.
  • Experience of financial tracking and forecasting, with the ability to understand and work towards financial budget and preparation.
  • Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
  • Experience of working in a performance target driven environment.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate your audience.
