We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Care Team Lead to join our team at True Care. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that care plans are delivered to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records.

A salary of £28,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits such as paid mileage, flexible working patterns, and opportunities for career progression.
