As a District Nurse Professional with Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. Main Responsibilities

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse in relevant field of practice.
  • Additional post-registration qualification or evidence of continuing professional development.
