At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Block Property Manager to join our Block Management team in London.

We are looking for an individual with experience in administration, who can offer outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to all our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administration and will be responsible for assisting the property managers on an allocated portfolio, managing relationships with all parties, and ensuring that issues are managed effectively to secure the best outcome.

The role will also involve attending client meetings, achieving an understanding of budgets, expenditure, and service charge debts, and gaining an understanding of the major works process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist property managers on an allocated portfolio
  • Manage relationships with clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and onsite personnel
