We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team at River. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and representing River at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales strategy development and execution to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Relationship management and customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business
  • Negotiation and closing deals to secure new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for sales and marketing, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not necessary.

A competitive base salary of $70,000 per year, plus commission, is offered to successful candidates. We offer flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
