Delivery Operations Specialist

This Delivery Driver position is an exciting opportunity to join our logistics team in Mansfield, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods to customers across various locations in the UK, using our fleet of vehicles.
- Unload and load goods, ensuring they are handled carefully and efficiently.
- Use navigation systems to follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately.
- Maintain delivery vehicles in good working condition, adhering to company maintenance schedules.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Complete accurate delivery records and paperwork, meeting all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by our delivery schedule.
