We're excited to announce a Field Sales Associate opportunity at RGIS. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our business.
**Job Description:**
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Field Sales Associate, where you will be responsible for replenishing stock, facing shelves, and maintaining stocktake accuracy. You will also work closely with store teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective stock replenishment strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and movements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to store teams.
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, Sunday through to Thursday availability required, and hotels and meal allowance provided when required. Our fantastic progression opportunities and contributory pension make us a great place to grow your career.
