Administrative Support Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our expanding HR team at AMDG Holdings. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer employee relations issues, providing expert advice on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the performance review process, guaranteeing timely appraisals and feedback.
- Manage HR records accurately, including employee files, sickness records, and absence data. Prepare HR reports and documents as necessary.
- Monitor organisational compliance with employment law and internal policies. Collaborate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Preliminary payroll preparation, including gathering relevant employee data.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant experience in HR administration, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- CIPD Level 3 certification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships within the organisation.
- Outstanding organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines efficiently.
Benefits:
This is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30. While occasional travel may be required, sponsorship is not provided, and applicants must possess the right to work in the UK. Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this position ranges between £40,000 and £55,000.
