Financial Operations Manager, Middle East

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our global reporting team in the Middle East region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and strategy development to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for the Middle East region, including month-end closings, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, including cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business leaders to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of post-qualified experience in finance, preferably in a similar industry role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Netsuite, Blackline, and IFRS16 is advantageous but not required.
