Leadership Opportunity:
    We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to take on the challenging role of Healthcare Leadership Position. As a leader of the occupational therapy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of occupational therapy services, supervising a team of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants, and developing and implementing therapeutic programs that meet the needs of patients.

  • Lead the occupational therapy team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive occupational therapy programs tailored to the needs of patients.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of occupational therapy staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness and adherence to clinical standards.
