About the Job:
This role involves working alongside teachers to support students in their learning, promoting positive behaviour and providing guidance when needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, such as a level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification, and experience working with children in a school setting. They will also have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be flexible with regards to hours of work. An Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role, and the ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
