Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Care Specialist to join our team at Woodland Hospital in Kettering. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery.

This position requires the successful candidate to have current clinical experience in a range of surgical specialties, as well as excellent communication skills and a good standard of computer literacy. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as private pension, flexible shift patterns, and enhanced parental leave policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the HCPC or NMC (UK) and ongoing CDP
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards in a surgical environment
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • A good standard of computer literacy
  • Flexible during periods of low activity and willing to work extra hours where required
