Moray Council is embarking on a programme of transformation, creating an ideal environment for talented leaders to make their mark. • Develop and implement strategies to improve organisational culture and systems, enabling the Council to become a more responsive and agile organisation.
  • Build consensus and momentum among stakeholders, ensuring that the transformation programme is supported and resourced effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the transformation programme, making adjustments as necessary to ensure it remains on track.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in a similar setting, with a track record of delivering sustainable improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus and momentum among stakeholders.
