We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Oxfordshire.

Job Summary

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of up to £27,582 per annum depending on experience.

Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course, will be provided to support your professional development.

You will contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site, working within a busy team to complete a variety of administrative tasks.

Maintaining databases, waiting lists, and call-up lists, as well as providing customer service and answering and directing telephone calls, are essential aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for Stock Co-Ordination.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures

Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
