Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Beverage Operations to join our team at Town Hall, a stunning multi-outlet F&B operation. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of beverage operations, including wine, spirits, craft beer, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Curate an exceptional wine list and wine program, procure the finest spirits, and develop cocktail menus that showcase our unique offerings.
- Ensure that our teams are trained to the highest standard and work closely with marketing, sales, and events stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our Group Head of Wines and Mixologists to foster great internal partnerships and drive innovation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure that our beverage offerings are always fresh and of the highest quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other industry partners to ensure that we have access to the best products and services.
