HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring all work is compliant with law, policy, and good practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective employee relations casework management processes, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, performance and attendance management.
- Support employee development needs through appraisal completions, inductions, and coaching, mentoring, learning and development interventions.
- Provide recruitment advice and support to managers with general recruitment enquiries and support Senior Management to identify and manage recruitment needs.
- Work with the HR Team to support people management training to up-skill managers and spot areas for development based on queries received by the HR service.
- Undertake specific projects and tasks as directed.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
