Sales Order Management Executive

Holt Engineering is looking for a skilled Sales Order Management Executive to join its team in Poole. This is a permanent opportunity with a 4-day working week, offering a great work-life balance.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, processing customer purchase orders, and creating dispatch/shipping notes. You will also maintain accurate records, close relevant job cards on the system, and pick stock for sales and kit for shop floor.
Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders and generate sales orders
- Create dispatch/shipping notes and maintain accurate records
- Close relevant job cards on the system
- Pick stock for sales and kit for shop floor
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in sales order management, strong Microsoft knowledge, and ability to use CRMs. Proven administration experience within Manufacturing/Production is desirable, and excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
