Our Corporate Finance Team

We are a dynamic and collaborative team, rapidly growing with over 30 members across our offices in London, Cambridge, Bristol, and Dublin. Our client base spans various industries, offering a diverse range of experiences across the transaction process.

Job Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Graduate, you will be part of our Transactions team, providing independent mid-market advice to clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching industry trends, comparable companies, and relevant acquisitions using data sources
  • Compiling potential buyer lists and target lists using databases
  • Preparing financial analysis and supporting business plan modelling
  • Assisting with writing marketing materials
  • Project management and time management to achieve deadlines
  • Studying towards your professional qualification
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be committed to completing the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification, on a Level 7 apprenticeship
  • Be on course for at least a predicted 2:2 degree, in any discipline
  • A Level: Minimum 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies
  • GCSE: Minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent), in English Language and Maths respectively
