Our Corporate Finance Team

We are a dynamic and collaborative team, rapidly growing with over 30 members across our offices in London, Cambridge, Bristol, and Dublin. Our client base spans various industries, offering a diverse range of experiences across the transaction process.

What We Offer

As a member of our Corporate Finance team, you will have the opportunity to receive hands-on coaching and client exposure from day one. You will be supporting the execution of transactions and helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives, while developing technical, business, and commercial skills that will complement your career.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry trends, comparable companies, and relevant acquisitions using various data sources.
  • Compile potential buyer lists and target lists using databases.
  • Prepare financial analysis and support business plan modelling.
  • Assist with writing marketing materials.
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Study towards your professional qualification, such as the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.
Requirements
  • Commitment to completing the ACA qualification on a Level 7 apprenticeship.
  • On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 degree in any discipline.
  • A Level: Minimum 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies.
  • GCSE: Minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths respectively.
