Introduction to the Corporate Finance Team

The Corporate Finance team is part of the broader Transactions team, working alongside due diligence, valuations, and modelling colleagues. As a Corporate Finance Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of transactions and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry trends, comparable companies, and relevant acquisitions using various data sources.
  • Compile potential buyer lists and target lists using databases.
  • Prepare financial analysis and support business plan modelling.
  • Assist with writing marketing materials.
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Study towards the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification on a Level 7 apprenticeship.
