About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our financial advisory team, you will be responsible for leading and executing corporate finance services for clients, and managing and mentoring a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute corporate finance services for clients, including financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers, identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate finance-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
  • Develop and implement financial models and analysis to support client transactions and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on transaction services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques.
  • Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software.
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
