Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home in Seaham, County Durham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and developing tailored care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20.55.
- 33 hours available per week, with various shift options, including days, evenings, nights, and alternate weekends.
- A comprehensive training program, including clinical training and support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata).
- Complimentary meals during long shifts.
