We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home in Seaham, County Durham. Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity for all residents.
