About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a positive, supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
