About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Stratstone Tyneside. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging experiences for customers, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring a genuine passion for the brand.
  • Drive new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales.
  • Deliver a complete package to customers, including accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages.
  • Meet FCA regulations for providing fair financial advice and services.
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £22,000 with OTE of £50,000, uncapped earning potential.
  • Company Car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday, and exclusive company discounts.
  • Guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months, as well as rewards for the first unit sold.
  • 40-hour working week, with busy weekends, but a commitment to work-life balance.
  • Ongoing support for brand and product knowledge through regular training.
Requirements
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for the industry and its people.
  • Committed to doing the right thing, treating customers fairly, and continuously learning.
  • Confident and experienced with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence.
