We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our talented Pastry Team at The Londoner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior chefs in implementing the Signature The Londoner Concept.
  • Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is executed in the restaurant.
  • Exceed guest expectations and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.

About You:

  • Demonstrate passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations while delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
