Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can enjoy various benefits including Complimentary Health and Wellness Membership, discounted overnight stays, and 50% off Food and Drink purchases at any Village Hotel Pub & Grill.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive food strategy to drive commercial returns
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and cost-effective kitchen environment
  • Establish clear communication channels with Front of House staff
  • Ensure high-quality food delivery, handling, cooking, and presentation
  • Benchmark team member performance based on sales KPIs
  • Review wage costs and adjust staffing levels accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications

As an Executive Culinary Director, you will possess:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Extensive experience in senior culinary roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene regulations and H&S procedures
