The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As our Team Manager, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring our organization is represented in key partnership forums. You will contribute to strategic development, manage teams, and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A relevant qualification in social care or a related field is essential.
