Culinary and Beverage Team Leader

As a Bar and Restaurant Manager at AFS Ventures Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our bar and restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train bar staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and food preparation.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to minimise waste.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between food production and bar service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bartending with strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage service.
- Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management.
- Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation processes.
