Serve as the primary point of contact for our maritime professionals at sea and ashore, providing expert guidance on how to develop and execute impactful campaigns. Collaborate closely with our Industrial and Organising teams to identify opportunities to deliver industrial campaigns that drive real results.

You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital communications and social media, ensuring our campaigns remain effective and engaging. Your excellent stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to build strong relationships with union members, government officials, NGOs, and industry bodies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of maritime professionals. With a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
