Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Campaigns Organiser to join our team. As a key member of our Communications, Campaigns and Digital department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic campaigns that raise the profile of our union and influence public policy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns that align with our organisational goals
- Create and manage campaign materials, including press releases, opinion pieces and social media content
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, policymakers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives

Requirements
- Proven experience in campaigning and advocacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead colleagues as needed
- Commitment to the principles of social justice, equality and workers' rights

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Nautilus International offers a competitive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance and annual leave entitlement.
