Contractor Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contractor Liaison Specialist to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our Operations Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, handling day-to-day queries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters, finance, and assignment support teams to ensure seamless contractor engagement and identify process improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional service, conduct contractor calls, and become a key point of contact for pay-related queries and other general tasks.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation within the team by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
