Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Safeguarding Officer to join our team at a Secondary School in Birmingham. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns to protect pupils from harm.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other agencies to develop and implement safeguarding plans.
  • Work closely with teachers, the Local Authority, and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
  • Provide administrative support, including word processing, mail sorting, and filing.
  • Report safeguarding concerns to the Safeguarding Lead to ensure oversight and coordination.

  • Weekly pay (paid each Friday)
