About the Team

We are a dynamic team at The Cherwell Hospital, working together to deliver exceptional patient care and service. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our theatre operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care
  • Develop and implement new procedures to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team

Requirements

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC required
  • Previous experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery essential (minimum 2 specialisms)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
